Job Description
Schneider Custom Builders (SCB) has a well-earned reputation as a top-quality residential contractor with an eye for detail and commitment to communication and satisfaction. 
SDB is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant.  
General responsibility:  To be the admin support for the company staff while organizing and maintaining control of the SCB systems and processes.

Skills needed:  Must know QuickBooks; highly organized and a proficient problem solver.  Be able to multitask; be very discrete and maintain a high level of confindendiatliy.  

General Tasks include (but not limited to):
Data input; phone and message tasks; incoming/outgoing mail; prepare check payments; collect and distribute Lien Waiver when required by lender; Coordinate office event calendar/events; prepare for client meetings such as printing and distributing documents; welcome guests and make them feel comfortable; perform New Vender Process; maintain copies of vendor insurance certificates in Dropbox; BuilderTREND; and more.
